How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your Raptor Assistant account and all associated data:

• Send an email to support@raptorassistant.com.
• Include the email address or phone number used to register your account.
• Our team will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 business days.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted

• All personal information (name, email, phone, login credentials) is permanently removed from our servers.
• Business and transaction data linked to your account will also be deleted, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax or compliance).
• Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be restored.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting the Account

If you only want certain data removed (for example, invoices or uploaded documents), please email support@raptorassistant.com with your request. We'll handle it according to our retention policy.

1. Service Usage

Users must comply with Indian GST regulations and provide accurate business information for invoicing and e-way billing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Razorpay, subject to their terms. Users are responsible for transaction fees.

Subscriptions are annual and non-refunded. Free trials are available for new users.

By accessing and using Raptor Assistant, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

3. Service Usage

• Raptor Assistant is a GST-compliant billing software for legitimate business purposes only.
• You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including GST laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all invoices and business data created using our platform.
• You may not use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed annually in advance.
• All payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• We offer a free trial period for new users. No payment information is required during the trial period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

• You retain all ownership rights to your business data (invoices, inventory, customer information).
• We only process your data to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• You can export your data at any time during your subscription period.

6. Intellectual Property

• Raptor Assistant software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software.
• The Raptor Assistant name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion process.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raptor Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raptor Assistant from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
• We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
